The Carrie Treister School of Yoga 200-hour yoga teacher training provides a solid foundation to teach yoga and deepen one’s own personal practice. Our students gain a thorough foundation to begin teaching yoga with a strong component in anatomy and alignment alongside the traditional philosophy and holistic health. These teachers are trained to deliver a strong well-rounded group class interweaving the physical and philosophical components of the practice.This foundation will serve as a powerful base from which to teach and guide your students through a practice that educates, inspires and heals.

We are proud to offer this exceptional Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher training program and honored to host students who join us from all over the US. We've been leaders in the community, teaching since 2010 and leading trainings since 2012. The structure of our 200-hour yoga teacher training allows for greater flexibility by offering online and accessible content, while providing a powerful community experience during our retreats. Our program encourages a strong creative focus to unlock each student’s individual potential and unique voice. Students begin teaching within the first two days.
