Make Your Own Mala Workshop + Class

Have you ever wanted to make your own mala but aren't sure where to begin?

​You're invited to join Carrie for an afternoon of yoga and mala making at Cultivate Yoga Space. She's excited to guide you through a gentle practice and then dive deep into your creativity as you're guided through making your own mala.  ​You'll learn a little history about malas, how to use them, the meaning behind the gemstones selected and some methods of meditation.  

Mala making supplies will be provided at the workshop. A portion of your $65 investment will be donated to Cultivate Yoga.
