YOGA POSTURE

&

TRANSITION SKILLS LABS

We're bringing new light to the importance of accessing your truest potential within the physicalness of each posture. We'll explore mountain pose in new ways and learn how it shows up in every posture, specifically the few we will break down. Be prepared to experience skill building exercises and exponential growth in this 2-hour workshop.

This skills lab has been designed to work the progression of postures based on strength and where you’re at in your own personal practice and welcome to all levels. We will explain the importance of having a grounded and strong base in order to elevate your mindset and practice. Through use of props and partners, expect to walk a way feeling stronger, more connected and empowered.

Postures include, but are not limited to:

  • Mountain

  • Downward Facing Dog

  • Plank

  • Chaturanga (Low Plank)

  • Pike (Half Handstand)

  • Handstand
