Make Your Own Mala Worksop + Class
Have you ever wanted to make your own mala but aren't sure where to begin?
You're invited to join Carrie for an afternoon of yoga and mala making. She's excited to guide you through a gentle practice and then dive deep into your creativity as you're guided through making your own mala.
You'll learn a little history about malas, how to use them, the meaning behind the gemstones selected and some methods of meditation.
Mala making supplies will be provided at the workshop.

Yoga Posture & Transition Skills Labs
We're bringing new light to the importance of accessing your truest potential within the physicalness of each posture. We'll explore mountain pose in new ways and learn how it shows up in every posture, specifically the few we will break down. Be prepared to experience skill building exercises and exponential growth in this 2-hour workshop.
This skills lab has been designed to work the progression of postures based on strength and where you’re at in your own personal practice and welcome to all levels. We will explain the importance of having a grounded and strong base in order to elevate your mindset and practice. Through use of props and partners, expect to walk a way feeling stronger, more connected and empowered.
